MXC Capital Limited (AIM: MXCP), the technology focused merchant bank, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 August 2016, together with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting and a Form of Proxy is today being posted to shareholders.

The Annual General Meeting is to be held on Thursday 26 January 2017 at 12.00 noon at 1st Floor, Elizabeth House, Les Ruettes Brayes, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 1EW.
