Posting of Accounts and Restoration of Trading on AIM

 

Following the announcement of the Company's financial results for the year to 31 December 2017 on 17 September 2018, Tau confirms that its annual report and accounts for the year to 31 December 2017 (the "Annual Report and Accounts") have today been posted to shareholders. Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts are available from the Company's website, www.taucapitalplc.com.

As a result of the publication and posting of the Annual Report and Accounts, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will resume from 7.30 a.m. on 19 September 2018.
