Posting of Accounts and Notice of AGM
Conviviality Retail Plc (AIM: CVR), one of the UK's largest franchise led off-licence chains, announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the 52 week period ended 26 April 2015 and Notice of Annual General Meeting have been posted to shareholders and are available on the Company's website, www.convivialityretail.co.uk.
The AGM will be held at 10am on 24 September 2015 at the Company's registered office, Weston Road, Crewe, Cheshire CW1 6BP.
