Portfolio Update
The Board of the Company announces that it has sold its entire 12.49% shareholding in United Envirotech Limited ("UEL"), the Singapore listed environmental solution provider, for Singapore Dollars 5.16 million in cash (before expenses). The investment in UEL was held in the Company's last published balance sheet as at 30 September 2008 at a fair value of GBP3.0 million.
