The Company notes the announcement made by Gilead Sciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: GILD) to acquire Immunomedics (NASDAQ: IMMU) on 13 September 2020. The Company held 316,000 shares in Immunomedics as at the market close on Friday 11 September 2020.
The August 2020 Factsheet released this morning reflected that the Company had owned 475,000 shares in Immunomedics as at 31 August 2020.
