Intellego Holdings PLC21 June 2006 21 June 2006 INTELLEGO HOLDINGS PLC ("Intellego" or "the Company") PLACEMENT The Board is pleased to announce that the Company has placed 10,500,000 newOrdinary 0.5p shares at 2p per share to institutional investors. The placement, which was arranged by HB Corporate, the Company's broker, willraise gross proceeds of £210,000. The funds raised are to provide additionalworking capital for the expanding Intellego business. Additionally, theDirectors have indicated their intention to subscribe in aggregate for no lessthan £30,000 in new ordinary shares at no less than 2 p per share (today'splacing price) or the mid market price which ever is the greater within 10 daysof the release of the results for the year ended 31 March 2006. The Company has already this year indicated that there has been a significantchange in pattern of demand from its clients, specifically an emphasis on largerprojects with a greater services component, which has been borne out by itsrecent contract win announcements. Additionally, the Company is pleased thatsales revenue in the first two months of the current financial year is more than100% ahead of the same period last year, although, due to its changing demandpattern it is not appropriate for the directors to project at this stage in theyear that such strong growth can be sustained.
