NCSP Group (LSE: NCSP, MoEx: NMTP) hereby reports that PJSC NCSP has consolidated ownership of its subsidiary CJSC Importpischeprom Transservice by acquiring 100% of its ordinary shares from IPP Llc (previousky OJSC IPP), a company of NCSP Group. The sale of shares was approved by OJSC IPP General meeting of shareholders as of 01.09.2017, the shares were transferred to PJSC NCSP as of 06.10.2017, as reported by the registrar on 09.10.2017.
