LSR Group enters the apartment market with the NEOPARK project LSR Group has entered into a new real estate segment: the apartment market. The company announces the start of sales in the NEOPARK business class complex, the construction of which has already begun in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg. NEOPARK consists of three 12-storey apartment buildings located along Pulkovsky Park. The complex with an area of 24 thousand square meters is designed for a total 253 apartments, most of which are with a view. This was achieved by checkerboard arrangement of the buildings.
