PDMR Shareholding
ClearStar (AIM: CLSU and CLST), the technology and service provider to the background check industry, announces that on 11 April 2017, Todd Shoulberg, EVP, Medical Information Services and a PDMR of the Company, purchased 17,500 ordinary shares of $0.0001 in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 35 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction Mr Shoulberg holds 40,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the issued share capital of the Company.
