Outstanding Warrants
Rotala announces that 2,191,945 warrants over ordinary shares expired unexercised at 31 December 2010 at exercise prices of between 50 pence and 80 pence per warrant.
449,830 warrants over ordinary shares at exercise prices between 37.5 pence and 67.5 pence per warrant remain outstanding. 210,000 warrants expire on 30 March 2011, with the remainder expiring on 31 December 2011.
