Science in Sport plc (AIM: SIS), a leading sports nutrition company that develops, manufactures and markets sports nutrition products for professional athletes and sports enthusiasts, announces that it finalised an agreement ('the Agreement') to become the Official Sports Nutrition Supplier to USA Cycling ('USAC'), the official governing body for all disciplines of competitive cycling in the United States.

This Agreement, which runs to 31 December 2017, follows SiS' recent geographic expansion into the US and will further bolster the Company's brand recognition in this target market, which offers significant growth opportunities for SiS as it continues to build itself as a global leader in the endurance sports nutrition market.

As part of the agreement, USAC members will benefit from SiS' comprehensive experience powering some of the world's most elite professional cycling teams including Team Sky and Team WIGGINS. SiS will supply bag drops and stock neutral feed stations for all US National Championship events with a comprehensive range of lab-tested SiS sports nutrition products, including GO Hydro tablets and SiS' world-first isotonic GO Gels. In addition, USAC members and its promoters, clubs, and sponsors will receive a discount of 20% off select SiS products, as part of a comprehensive sponsorship benefit package.
