Oxford Technology 4 VCT PLC24 March 2006 For Immediate Release 24th March 2006 OXFORD TECHNOLOGY 4 VENTURE CAPITAL TRUST PLC Allotment of Shares under Offer for Subscription In accordance with the prospectus dated 2nd February 2006, a total of 1,557,162ordinary shares ("Shares") of 10p each have been allotted 1,338,787 shares on 21March 2006 and 218,375 on 22 March 2006 in respect of the 2005/06 tax year. Thisbrings the total number of shares issued to date to 8,683,356. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for the 1,557,162 sharesallotted as above to be admitted to the Official List. Application has also beenmade to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading onits markets for listed securities. Dealings are expected to commence on 27 March2006.
