The Company has been notified that on 5 March 2020, Michael O'Brien, the Company's Portfolio Manager at Fundsmith LLP, the Company's Investment Manager, purchased 2,500 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of £10.8440 per share.
As a result of the transaction, Mr O'Brien holds a total of 23,425 Ordinary Shares.
