Notification of major interests in share

Following completion of the recent Tender Offer and implementation of the Long Term Incentive Plan, the Company now has 55,459,383 shares in issue and was notified on August 7th of the following resulting holdings:-

Paul Curtis no longer has a notifiable interest.

All shares disposed of through the Tender Offer were sold at 36p per share.
