MirLand Development Corporation plc (the Company) announces that it received a notification on 17 November 2008 that, following the acquisition on 14 November 2008 of 341,000 ordinary shares at 78 pence per share, FIL Limited (formerly known as Fidelity International Limited) is the owner of 5,159,158 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 5.16% of the Company's total voting rights.
