Notification of Director's interests
Graham Stewart (Chief Executive), Helge Hammer (Chief Operating Officer), Jonathan Cooper (Chief Financial Officer), Andrew Roberts (Group Exploration Manager) and Julian Riddick (Company Secretary), have notified the Company that they have today bought a total of 41,434 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') as shown in the table below:

Following these acquisitions the directors have a combined shareholding of 757,186 Shares representing 0.36% of the total issued share capital of the Company
