Notification of Directors' Interest in Shares

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them in accordance with the Market Abuse Regulations.

Vesting of Award

The Company was notified on 8 April 2019 that Nick Henry and Stuart Kilpatrick, the Executive Directors of the Company, had increased their respective holdings of Ordinary Shares of 25p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') through the vesting of awards made in March 2016 under the Company's Long-Term Incentive Plan (the 'Plan').

On 6 April 2019, in accordance with the Plan rules, an aggregate of 81,782 Ordinary Shares vested. On 8 April 2019, being the next working day after the vesting date, an aggregate of 38,438 Ordinary Shares were sold at a price of 1935.5 pence per share to fund the tax liability resulting from the vesting.

Following this transaction, Nick Henry's and Stuart Kilpatrick's respective beneficial interest in the Company's issued ordinary share capital is as follows:
