On 04 August 2016 Clipper was informed that Oak from Acorn LLP an entity connected with and ultimately controlled by Mr Steven Parkin sold ordinary shares of 0.05 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company. The Company has been informed that the sale was affected in response to a high level of institutional demand.
