NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS OF DIRECTORS, PERSONS DISCHARGING MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY OR CONNECTED PERSONS

CVS Group plc received notification on 12 May 2008 that the spouse of Brian Pound, a Director of CVS (UK) Limited a subsidiary of CVS Group plc, has sold 58,700 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each at a price of 260 pence per share. 

Under s822 of the Companies Act 2006 the notifiable shareholding for Brian Pound is now 851,300 ordinary shares of 0.2 pence each, representing 1.65% of issued share capital.
