Kingswalk Investments Limited (AIM: KWI) announces that it has received notification that as of 9 November 2010, Westminster Asset Management Limited now controls the voting rights in respect of 9,800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the capital of the Company constituting 18.43% of the total voting rights that currently exist.
