Subject: Notice to Shareholders Under Section 242 Of Companies Act 2017 for Payment Of Cash Dividend Through Electronic Mode Directly into the bank accounts.

Dear Sir,

Pursuant to Section 242 of the Companies Act, 2017 read with SECP's circular No. 18 dated August 01, 2017 all shareholders of the Company are requested through attached notice to provide International Bank Account Numbers (IBAN) and other relevant details for the payment of cash dividend as per entitlement through electronic mode directly into the bank accounts

You may distribute the notice amongst the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange, accordingly. The same will also be published in the newspaper shortly.
