Object of transfer: the issuer's voting shares. Identification attributes of the issuer's voting shares: registered ordinary noncertificated shares, state registration number of the primary issue of securities and date of its state registration: 1-01-55038-Е, February 22, 2005, ISIN RU000A0JPKH7. 2.4. Number of the issuer's voting shares transferred by the respective entity: seven thousand two hundred and ninety-seven (7,297) shares. 2.5. Grounds for the transfer of the issuer's voting shares by the respective entity: contracts dated September 8, 2017. 2.6.
