Further to the announcement made by the Board of Directors of Real Estate Credit Investments Limited (the "Company") on 16 August 2017, the Company gives notice that, following applications made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange, the listing of the Preference Shares on the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the trading of the Preference Shares on the London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities will be suspended at 7.30am today.
