Notice of FY 2016 Earnings

Akers Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ: AKER) (AIM: AKR.L), (the "Company" or "Akers Bio"), a developer of rapid health information technologies, announces that the Company will publish its financial results for the full year ended December 31, 2016 on Friday, March 31, 2017.

The Company will hold a conference call on Friday, March 31, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. BST (08:00 a.m. Eastern Time). Management will be available during a question-and-answer session.
