Sub.: Proposal of interim dividend for Financial Year 2010-11This is in compliance of Listing Agreement.This is to inform that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, the 10th December, 2010.The Board in its said meeting is likely to consider, inter-alia, proposal of interim dividend and if so approved by the Board, 'RECORD DATE' will be Wednesday, the 15th December, 2010 and it will be paid from 18th December, 2010 onwards.(N.K.
