Federal Grid Company Announces EGM

Moscow, October 17, 2018 - Federal Grid Company of Unified Energy System ("Federal Grid Company"or "the Company") (Moscow Exchange, LSE: FEES), part of PJSC ROSSETI Group of Companies, and the owner and operator of the Unified National Electricity Grid ("UNEG"), announces that its Board of Directors has set the date for the Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which will be held on November 19, 2018 in the form of absentee voting.  

The record date for shareholders entitled to participate in the EGM is October 26, 2018.

The Board of Directors approved the following agenda for the EGM: "Election of the Chairman of the Management Board of FGC UES, PJSC"

Any information/materials provided in preparation for the Meeting are available to persons authorized to participate in the EGM in the period from October 19, 2018 to November 19, 2018 (except for weekends and public holidays) from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (Moscow time) at the following addresses:

- in the office of the executive body of FGC UES, PJSC at:

5A Akademika Chelomeya St., Moscow;

- in the office of FGC UES, PJSC at:

9 B. Nikolovorobinsky per., Moscow, office 206;

- on the office of the registrar of FGC UES, PJSC at:

32 Novorogozhskaya St., bld. 1, Moscow, STATUS Registrar Company (Joint-Stock Company) (the "Registrar").
