Notice of General Meeting
Further to the Notice of General Meeting ("Notice") posted to shareholders on 11 November 2013 e2v technologies plc ("e2v" or "the Company") hereby advises of a typographical error in the TSR condition table in paragraph 3 on page 04 of Appendix 1 to the Notice which should state the TSR ranking as '61-75' rather than '61-50'.
