Safestore Holdings plc ("Safestore" or the "Company") announces that a Notice convening a General Meeting of the Company has today been published and posted to shareholders.

 

The General Meeting will be held at Brittanic House, Stirling Way, Borehamwood, Hertfordshire WD6 2BT on 25 July 2017 at 2.00pm.

 

A copy of the Notice of Meeting will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and on the Company's website at www.safestore.com.
