1pm plc, the AIM listed alternative finance provider, is pleased to confirm that it will publish its final results for the year ended 31 May 2018, on Wednesday, 12 September 2018.
The Company also announces that it will be holding its Annual General Meeting in London on Thursday 25 October 2018. Full details of the AGM will be published with the Group's Annual Report & Accounts.
