BOARD MEETING OF UNITED BANK LIMITED ("UBL")

This is to inform you that 219th Meeting of the Board of Directors of the UBL will be held on Wednesday, 20 February 2019 at Karachi at 09:00 a.m. inter-alia, to consider and approve the Annual Accounts of UBL for the year ended 31 December 2018 for declaration of any entitlement.

The Bank has declared the "Closed Period" from 12 February 2019 to 20 February 2019 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause 5.6.1 (d) of PSX Regulations. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.

You may please inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
