An electronic copy of the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019 and the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Form of Proxy are available to download from the Company's investor relations website at www.haydale-ir.com in accordance with AIM Rule 20.

 

The Company's Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Thursday, 19 December 2019, at its Harwell offices at Quad One, Harwell Science and Innovation Campus, Becquerel Avenue, Harwell, Didcot, Oxon OX11 0RA.
