The Board of the Company announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company ("AGM") will be held on 27 April 2015 at 10:00 am at the offices of Osborne Clarke, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 4EB. Further, the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014 is available for download on the Company's website (www.biometechnologiesplc.co.uk) and will be despatched by post shortly to those shareholders that have requested a hard copy.
