SimiGon (LON:SIM) today announces that the Annual General Meeting of the Company is to be held at 9.00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (2.00 p.m. UK time) on Friday 30 December 2019 at 111 S. Maitland Avenue, Suite 210, Maitland, Florida 32751, USA (the "Meeting").
