NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ANDANNUAL REPORT

Berkeley Resources Limited wishes to advise that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at the Plaza Level, BGC Centre, 28 The Esplanade Perth, Western Australia on Thursday, 29 November 2012 at 3.00pm (WST).

The Notice of Annual General Meeting has been sent to all Shareholders and the Annual Report has been sent to those Shareholders who have elected to receive a hard copy.
