Sopheon plc, the international provider of software and services that improve the financial return from innovation and product development investments, announces that it has posted to shareholders a Notice of AGM ("Notice"). The Notice is available in accordance with AIM rule 26 on the Company's website www.sopheon.com.
The Annual General Meeting of the Company for 2015 will be held at the offices of Squire Patton Boggs (UK) LLP, 7 Devonshire Square, London EC2M 4YH on 10 June 2015 at 11:00am.
