Upland Resources Limited (the "Company") confirms that it has today posted to shareholders the Notice of the 2016 Annual General Meeting (the "2016 AGM Notice") and the form of proxy for use at that Annual General Meeting. The Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU on Friday, 16 December 2016 at 3.00 p.m. (UK time).
