Vertu Capital Limited (the "Company"), the company established to acquire a target company or business in the financial services sector, gives notice that the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company for 2015 is to be held at Suite A-02-02 Empire Office Tower, Jalan SS16/1, 47500, Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia on 30 December 2015 at 6.00pm (Malaysia time).
