KSK Power Ventur plc, the power project company listed on the London Stock Exchange, with interests in multiple power plants and businesses across India, announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting at the registered office of the Company at First Names House, Victoria Road, Douglas, Isle of Man IM2 4DF on Friday, 29 September, 2017 at 11.00 am.
