Sherborne Investors (Guernsey) B Limited (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on Tuesday 4 June 2019 at the registered office of the Company at 1 Royal Plaza, Royal Avenue, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2HL. 

In connection with this meeting, copies of the Notice of the 2019 Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders.
