Savannah Petroleum, the Niger focused oil and gas company, announces that its Annual General Meeting will now be held on 29 June 2015 at 11a.m., rather than on 24 June 2015 as was stated in its annual report on 14 May 2015.

A formal notice for the Annual General Meeting will be posted to shareholders in due course.
