Notice of Annual General Meeting
Amur Minerals Corporation (AIM: AMC) announces today that the Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on Wednesday 29 September 2010 commencing at 9 a.m. at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, 1601 Bayshore Drive, Vancouver, British Columbia V6G 2V4.
A copy of the resolutions to be considered at the Annual General Meeting will be posted to Shareholders today. Details of the resolutions for consideration can be downloaded from the Company website.
