Gresham Computing plc announces that the 2014 Annual General Meeting will be held at the offices of N+1 Singer, One Bartholomew Lane, London EC2N 2AX on Wednesday 7 May 2014 at 11.00 a.m.
The Notice of 2014 AGM and the Annual Financial Report for the year ended 31 December 2013 have been posted to shareholders.
