In the Company's Final Results announcement published on 12 March 2013, it was announced that Edward Krawitt would not be seeking re-election to the Board at the next Annual Meeting of the Company ("AM"). At the request of the Chairman, Tim Chadwick, Mr Krawitt has agreed to stay on with the Company as Non-executive Director and Senior Independent Director and therefore will now be putting himself up for re-election at the AM to be held on 4 June 2013.
