The Company's unaudited Net Asset Value as at 31 August 2010 was £872,969.60, resulting in a Net Asset Value per ordinary share of 0.76p.

This is an increase of 10.5 per cent. over the Net Asset Value reported for July 2010 and is principally the result of an uplift in the carrying value of approximately 117 per cent. of one of its investments, Sirius Exploration Plc, since its last valuation.
