Net Asset Value and Declared Interim Dividend
The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT PLC (the Company) confirm that the unauadited net asset value of the Company as at 31 August 2013 was 67.5p per Ordinary Share.
The Directors declare an interim dividend of 2.2p per Ordinary Share (comprising 1.0p revenue and 1.2p capital), in respect of the year ended 28 February 2014, to be paid on 6 December 2013 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 8 November 2013.
In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1, and further to the information disclosed above, the Directors confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information (as defined by Section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) that the Directors and the Company may have in their possession relating to the Company during the period leading up to the announcement of its interim results for the six months ended 31 August 2013 has been notified to a regulatory information service.
