MANCHESTER & LONDON INVESTMENT TRUST PLC VALUATION AS AT 23 AUGUST 2016 The unaudited fully diluted net asset value per share (including income and excluding shares held in treasury) was 350.5p as at 23 August 2016. The first final special dividend of 7.50p per share is payable on 26 August 2016. The shares are now quoted ex-dividend.
