The Company's unaudited Net Asset Value as at 31 March 2010 was £1,001,532.18, resulting in a Net Asset Value per ordinary share of 0.88p.

The NAV has reduced by 22% from last month. This decrease principally reflects a reduction in the carrying values of the underlying private company investments, which issued new shares at valuations lower than at the previous valuation date.
