Net Asset Value and Proposed Final Dividend

The Directors of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC ("the Company") confirm that the unaudited net asset value of the Company as at 30 November 2016 was 90.45p per Ordinary Share.

The Directors propose that a final dividend of 3.75p per Ordinary Share (comprising 0.20p revenue and 3.55p capital), in respect of the year ending 30 November 2016, be paid on 28 April 2017 to Shareholders on the register at close of business on 31 March 2017.

In accordance with Listing Rule 15.5.1, and further to the information disclosed above, the Directors confirm that they are satisfied that all inside information (as defined by Section 118C of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000) that the Directors and the Company may have in their possession relating to the Company during the period leading up to the announcement of its annual results for the year ended 30 November 2016 has been notified to a regulatory information service.
