Changes within the Investment Manager

 

SQN Asset Finance Income Fund Limited (the "Company"), the leading diversified equipment leasing fund listed in the UK has been notified of the following information by its Manager, SQN Capital Management, LLC:

 

Neil Roberts, who has been Managing Director of SQN Capital Management (UK) Limited, the Company's joint Investment Manager, is leaving that company in accordance with a timeframe established in 2014 at the time of Company's Initial Public Offering.

 

He will however continue in his role as Chairman of the US parent company, which is the Company's Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM") and continue to provide support on the Anaerobic Digestion ("AD") segment of the portfolio.
