Malta Divestment
The Company today confirmed that approval has been received from the Minister for Resources and Rural Affairs, in Malta for the assignment of the 10 percent interest in the Area 4 Petroleum Sharing Agreement held by Leni Gas and Oil Investments Limited ("LGOI"), a subsidiary of LGO, to Phoenicia Energy Company Limited, a subsidiary of Mediterranean Oil and Gas plc.
The transaction previously announced on the 1st August 2012 has now been completed.
